PTBE's Interfaith Friendship Committee welcomes our interfaith friends to our sukkah to celebrate and deepen
our growing relationship. Rabbi Callie Schulman will lead us in the celebration of this harvest holiday.

PTBE will provide the main the vegetarian main dish for everyone. Please bring a dish
to serve 6 people according to your last name as follows:
A–H    Vegetarian side dish
I–Q      Vegetarian salad
R–Z      Dessert

Sukkot, a Hebrew word meaning booths, refers to the Jewish festival of giving thanks for the fall harvest, as well as the commemoration of the forty years of Jewish wandering in the desert after Sinai. One tradition is to build a sukkah and live or dine in it during the holiday.
