Living with teens can present special challenges, and practicing meditation can help us learn to be more calm and peaceful, as well as make mindful and intentional choices for how we react to situations and handle conflict. Through different Jewish mindfulness meditation techniques, Judy Fisher will guide us in ways to reduce stress and bring awareness to the blessings in our lives. There will be time for Q&A and a discussion at the end of the session. No prior meditation experience is necessary.
