We have a wonderful opportunity for a private, docent-led tour at the Contemporary Jewish Museum in San Francisco. The exhibit, Roman Vishniac Rediscovered, brings together four decades of work for the first time by this versatile and innovative photographer. Vishniac (1907 - 1990) created the most widely recognized and reproduced photographic record of Jewish life in Eastern Europe between the two World Wars.

Our CJM docent, Barbara Greensweig, is also a professional artist and new PTBE member. She will begin her talk with facts about CJM at the door.

Following the tour, we can buy our lunch from Wise Brothers Deli at the Museum.
