BEW Membership Brunch--Cultivating Peace in the Midst of Turmoil

Meditation teacher and PTBE board member, Judy Fisher, will show us how Jewish mindfulness meditation can help us cope with day-to-day stress as well as deal with difficult events happening in the world around us. We all have personal challenges that we face in our lives and practicing meditation can help us learn to be more calm and peaceful as well as make mindful and intentional choices for how we react to situations, handle conflicts, and face challenges in our personal lives, community, and the world.

Judy will share her journey and we will practice different mindfulness meditation techniques to help us learn to reduce stress, bring awareness to the blessings in our lives, and cultivate peace during these difficult times.
