The Jewish Contract with America: Deconstructing Jewish Political Behavior

As part of a three-session learning series highlighting scholars of the Reform Movement, Dr. Steven Windmueller will teach our community at an open lecture at Peninsula Temple Sholom in Burlingame. We will join with the communities from Peninsula Temple Sholom and Congregation Beth Am for this engaging session. Dr. Windmeuller has written and lectured extensively on the Middle East, Jewish public and civic affairs, and global social trends.

Dr. Steven Windmueller, Emeritus Professor of Jewish Communal Service of the Hebrew Union College in Los Angeles, is a specialist on political issues and American Jewish affairs. He recently launched The Wind Report, an interactive website, www.thewindreport.com. At the College, Dr. Windmueller is engaged in teaching, writing about issues affecting the Jewish community, and serving as a national consultant to Jewish and non-Jewish institutions. Active in the Jewish community, he currently serves on various community boards.
