This year we explore the theme Between Apology and Forgiveness.

Our next Movies & Midrash event, and the first one of 2026, will feature the 2018 movie Crazy Rich Asians, presenting an engaging story about identity and belonging, that weaves themes of apology and forgiveness.

We will learn about the movie from Roger Feigelson, watch the movie, and Aviv Siegel will lead a lively conversation about apology and forgiveness, the movie, how the movie connects to the theme, and to our lives.

The movie is about 2 hours and rated PG-13. We will end the evening by 9:00pm.
