This year we explore the theme Between Apology and Forgiveness.
Our next Movies & Midrash event will begin at *5:30pm* (NOTICE THE TIME CHANGE), featuring the 2003 Tim Burton movie Big Fish, presenting a beautiful story of a reconciliation between a father and son, weaving themes of truth and fantasy, the power of storytelling, and a different kind of forgiveness.
We will learn about the movie from Roger Feigelson, watch the movie, and Aviv Siegel will lead a lively conversation about apology and forgiveness, the movie, how the movie connects to the theme, and to our lives.
The movie is about 2 hours and rated PG-13. We will end the evening by 8:30pm.
