Tickets

All High Holy Day participants at PTBE require a ticket for entry. Tickets are issued in the form of a name badge. PTBE members in good standing* will receive name badges for each adult and child under age 26. Single members will receive an additional guest ticket for one individual and valid only with a printed guest name. Guest names for single members can be e-mailed to Lisa Mann. Tickets will be sent to the address on file in ShulCloud via USPS after Labor Day. Look for a #10 size business envelope with a neon sticker on the front.

*Members in good standing are those having made payment (or created a payment plan) towards your membership commitment for 2025-2026.

NAME BADGES

Name badges will serve as your ticket to all HHD services, and, for security purposes, they are required to be worn at all times while onsite. Lanyards are not mailed and will be distributed at the front gate upon arrival. If you already have a PTBE lanyard, please reuse it.

NON-MEMBERS

We invite non-members to watch HHD services via livestream on our YouTube Channel here. In person services are open to PTBE Members only except for PTBE’s Tot Family Service on September 23 and October 2 at 4:00 p.m. Pre-registration is required here.

GUEST TICKETS (FEE):

Each family may request two guest tickets for family/friends joining you at services, for an additional fee. Guest tickets are available at a suggested cost of $180 per seat, good for one service or all HHD services.

NOTE: Please submit requests ASAP to allow time to complete. Requests received after September 12 cannot be guaranteed due to high volume of requests.

To order tickets, please email Lisa Mann with the following information:

  • guest name/s

  • guest mailing address & email

  • all services guests are planning to attend

  • Please indicate whether you will send a check or pay online (through your ShulCloud account)
