Tickets

MEMBER TICKETS

Everyone attending HHD services in person at PTBE must have a ticket for entry. Name badges honoring our 75th Anniversary will serve as your ticket this year to all HHD services. PTBE members in good standing, having made a payment (or created a payment plan) towards your membership commitment for 2025-2026, will receive new name badges for each adult and child under age 26. Look for a #10 size business envelope with a neon sticker on the front to arrive in your home mailbox sometime after Labor Day.

Single members, with no children under age 26, will receive an additional guest ticket for one individual. This “plus 1” ticket is valid for entry only with your guest’s name on it. To validate your guest ticket, please email your Guest’s name to this mailbox.

NAME BADGES

This year’s name badges honor our 75th Anniversary and will serve as your ticket to all HHD services. For security purposes, these new name badges are required to be worn at all times while onsite. Lanyards are not mailed and will be distributed at the front gate upon arrival. If you already have a PTBE lanyard from previous years, please reuse it.

GUEST TICKETS (FEE):

Each member family may request two guest tickets for family/friends joining you at services, for an additional fee. Guest tickets are available at a suggested donation of $180 per seat, good for one service or all HHD services.

NOTE: Please submit requests for tickets ASAP, and no later than Friday, Sept. 19, to allow time to create name badges.

To order tickets, the sponsoring member will email the following information to this mailbox:

  • guest name/s

  • relationship to member

  • guest mailing address & email

  • delivery method*: pickup in office, hold at will call, or mail (please specify to you or to your guest)

  • payment method: indicate whether you will send a check or have us bill your account. All payments must be received by Sept. 30.

*NOTE: Guest Tickets must be picked up in the office by Friday, September 19. After this date, all guest tickets will be held at Will Call for pick up on day of service.

For those requesting tickets to be mailed directly to guests, the deadline for mailing is Monday, September 8. After this date, guest tickets can be picked up in the office (by 9/19) or held at Will Call for pick up on day of service.
