PTBE TOTS (Age 6 and Under)

PTBE Tot Logo clear.png

In the years before your child/ren are ready for a formal religious education, we know how important it is to give them positive, fun and lighthearted Jewish experiences. We invite parents with tots to join us for a variety of offerings for our littlest learners (typically best for children six and under). There is no fee to register for these activities.

We welcome Alison Levy as she joins the PTBE team as our new PTBE Tots Program Coordinator.  Alison has been working with children and families for many years, and has spent the past six years as the Music Specialist at the PJCC Preschool.  She will be working closely with Elana and the rest of the synagogue and Ganon staff to maintain and grow all of our early childhood programming at PTBE.  From Tot Shabbats to holiday parties and more that has yet to be imagined, Alison will bring fresh and fun eyes to everything we offer for young families.

Feel free to reach out and contact Alison anytime at

Tot Shabbat

Tot Shabbat begins with a short, fun, interactive and song-filled service in the Sanctuary. Kids enjoy this introduction to Jewish prayer by playing musical instruments and dancing with stuffed Torahs. We always follow our service with snacks and playtime, a great opportunity for both kids and parents to get to know their friends at PTBE.

Upcoming Saturdays at 9:00am:  August 18, and October 13
